Learning Design
Classroom Breakdown
Training Program Schedule:
The training program spans 3 days, from 9 AM to 6 PM each day, with 8 hours dedicated to learning. There is a total of 1 hour allocated for breaks and lunch.
Attendance:
You will need to attend every session during the training, and have a minimum of 75% attendance rate. If you are unable to attend, you'll need to attend a makeup class.
Assessment:
On the last day, a 2-hour assessment session will determine whether you've successfully completed the training or will require a makeup assessment.

Important Notes:
1. Completion of Assessments
Learners who do not complete their assessments will not be able to claim their training grant. Funding is subject to SSG funding approval.
2. SME Eligibility Criteria:
- Registered or incorporated in Singapore.
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million.
SME-sponsored Trainees:
- Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
- Courses have to be fully paid for by the employer.
- Trainee is not a full-time national serviceman.
3. Company-sponsored Trainees:
- Courses have to be fully paid for by the employer.
- Trainee is not a full-time national serviceman.
4. SkillsFuture Credit:
SkillsFuture Credit is available for Singapore Citizens aged 25 years and above to offset SSG-approved training course fees. More details can be found here.
5. Absentee Payroll Funding Eligibility:
- Trainees must be fully sponsored by their employer for supportable cost components (such as course fees) incurred on the training course.
- Trainees must be full-time or permanent part-time employees of the sponsoring company.
- Trainees must continue to receive their salary when they attend training.
- Trainees must have achieved at least 75% attendance.
- Trainees must have sat for and passed the examinations/assessments where applicable.
- Trainees must complete the course whilst under the employment of the sponsoring company.
- Trainees must be paid overtime pay in accordance with the employer’s Human Resource (HR) policy (for training outside working hours).
- Trainees must be Singaporean or Singaporean Permanent Residents.
